For more detailed information, please refer to the Foster and Kinship Carers Association (FKAT) handbook which can be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/fkat.org.au\/resources\/\">FKAT website<\/a> under resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We acknowledge all carers in Tasmania for their important role and how much they contribute to the lives of children and young people they care for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are all committed to improving wellbeing outcomes for children and young people in Out of Home Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We heard from children and young people in Out of Home Care that lengthy approval processes can make them feel uncertain, frustrated and different to others. The Guide is not intended to be a full list of every decision a carer can make.
