We\u2019ll also connect you with services you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a completely voluntary program, so it&#8217;s up to you if you want to use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can get support and advice on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>keeping safe and healthy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to funding for the things you need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accommodation and housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relationships with family and friends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>managing money and benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to education, training and employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extending carer payments so you can continue living with your carer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crisis support, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Transition to Independence Program is sometimes called the T2i Program.
