A copy of the Act is available on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.tas.gov.au\/view\/html\/inforce\/current\/act-2004-046\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tasmanian Government Legislative database<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The department acts in accordance with the\u00a0<em>Personal Protection Act 2004\u00a0<\/em>in its collection, storage and use of personal information.
