In Tasmania, the EYLF informs the work of all educators working with children from birth to year 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) recognises&nbsp;that early childhood is a critical time in children\u2019s learning and development. The EYLF provides a set of principles, practices and outcomes as a guide for educators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) has five learning outcomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children have a strong sense of identity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children are connected with and contribute to their world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children have a strong sense of wellbeing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children are confident and involved learners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children are effective communicators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Educators use the principles, practices and outcomes to &nbsp;plan for &nbsp;children\u2019s ongoing development and learning.
