Congratulations on participating in the 2023 Premier\u2019s Reading Challenge.\u202f  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Challenge is not a competition but a way to encourage you to develop a love of reading for life.\u202f No matter what you aspire to do or be, reading and literacy skills will help you get there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I encourage all Tasmanian students from Prep to Year 10 to take part, no matter what your reading level \u2013 just read as often as possible during the 10 weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you figure out what you love to read, reading will be easier \u2013 so try reading different things \u2013 fiction, non-fiction \u2013 blogs, comics, poetry, lyrics, essays, magazines, newspapers\u2026 it all counts in the PRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And for families \u2013 you can help your child get involved in the challenge by reading with them, talking to them about what they are reading and providing lots of encouragement!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So grab some books and start reading!\u202f  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
