Located in Bridgewater, JRLF Senior School offers a distinctive secondary learning environment designed to meet the needs of diverse learners through strong vocational and community-connected pathways. As part of the Jordan River Learning Federation, the Senior School supports students from Years 7 to 12 within an integrated educational setting that brings together schooling, training and applied learning.
JRLF Senior School sits alongside a Trade Training Centre, an extension Years 11–12 campus and a School Farm, creating a unique structure that allows students to learn in authentic, hands-on environments. This integrated model supports students with a strong interest in practical and skills-based learning, while maintaining access to core academic studies.
The curriculum includes a range of Package of Learning (PofL) programs in Years 9 and 10, allowing students to engage in targeted learning pathways such as Agriculture and Construction. Senior students access a variety of Vocational Education and Training (VET) certificates, alongside academic subjects, and can participate in Australian School-Based Apprenticeships.
Teaching and learning are underpinned by the Department of Education values of Aspiration, Respect, Courage and Growth, with a strong emphasis on supporting each student to engage, succeed and transition confidently into further training, education or employment.
Through its innovative structure, vocational focus and strong community connections, JRLF Senior School provides flexible pathways that support young people to find success through learning that is purposeful, relevant and connected to future opportunities.
