They help with administrative work such as passports, birth certificates, ID, bank accounts and pocket money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-do-we-talk-about\">What do we talk about?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Talk to your care team about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what\u2019s going well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you\u2019re worried about<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what needs to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We also talk about the six domains of wellbeing, which are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be loved and safe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have the things you need (material basics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be healthy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be participating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a positive sense of culture and identity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-often-do-we-meet\">How often do we meet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can meet with members of your care team as often as you like and talk about whatever is important to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It could be in person, by phone or video call, or text message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our working times are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"learn-more\">Learn more<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/documentcentre.education.tas.gov.au\/_layouts\/15\/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=TASED-938620917-799\">care team flyer (PDF, 887KB)<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is a care team?
