{"id":26820,"date":"2023-03-16T12:41:36","date_gmt":"2023-03-16T01:41:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.decyp.tas.gov.au\/?p=26820"},"modified":"2023-09-04T18:26:56","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T08:26:56","slug":"next-step-in-cambridge-primary-school-redevelopment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/decyp.dev.ionata.com\/zh\/2023\/03\/next-step-in-cambridge-primary-school-redevelopment\/","title":{"rendered":"Next step in Cambridge Primary School redevelopment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Stage 1 works plan for a $15.1 million redevelopment of Cambridge Primary School has been released.<br><br>The planned works will provide Cambridge students and staff with modern, high-quality learning facilities.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stage 1 of the redevelopment includes construction of multiple new learning spaces and significant refurbishments of existing facilities, including the library, canteen, break-out spaces, sensory rooms, staff offices and covered outdoor areas, as well as extensive landscaping and playground design.<br><br>Stage 2 will see construction of a new gymnasium and supporting facilities in collaboration with the Clarence City Council, with consultation on this development to be undertaken by the Council.<br><br>The works plan was developed by the local project architects Bence Mulcahy in collaboration with the Cambridge Primary School and Department for Education, Children and Young People representatives.<br><br>Works on Stage 1 of the redevelopment are expected to begin in late 2023, subject to the outcomes of the tender process for a building contractor.<br><br>Public consultation on the Stage 1 works plan for Cambridge Primary School will be open from March 21 to April 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feedback can be provided to <a href=\"mailto:getinvolved@decyp.tas.gov.auv\">getinvolved@decyp.tas.gov.au<\/a>.<br><br>For more information about the redevelopment, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/tas.us20.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=87871fbd094066173a964fba4&amp;id=c8e6649d21&amp;e=fe0f800206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.decyp.tas.gov.au\/project\/cambridge-primary-school\/<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Stage 1 works plan for a $15.1 million redevelopment of Cambridge Primary School has been released.
