This 3.5 hour in person workshop will introduce participants to key concepts of LGBTIQA+ inclusive practice and provide strategies for developing LGBTIQA+ inclusive organisations. We encourage senior leadership, managers\/principals\/staff to attend this free training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unpacking gender, sex and sexuality identities \u2013 definitions and terminology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying everyday experiences of stigma, discrimination and isolation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State and Federal discrimination laws relating to gender, sex and sexuality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key features of an inclusive organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisational audit tool and resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guest presenter Rodney Croome:<br>Rodney is one of Australia\u2019s most successful advocates for LGBTIQA+ human rights. His activism has been recognised in Australia and beyond.
