Students in Years 4 to 12 take part in the Student Wellbeing and Engagement Survey (SWES) every year. In 2022, we had a lot of students take part—28 527 in total!
This year the survey was conducted in all eligible Tasmanian government schools from 28 August to 22 September 2023.
The SWES gives us important information about Tasmanian student’s wellbeing that helps us make the education system better. We look at the data from the survey and use it to come up with new ideas and make the things we already do even better.
SWES reports, infographics, and data are available on our student wellbeing & school satisfaction data page.
