Brighton High School opens for Year 7 and Year 11 students in Term 1, 2025 and has capacity to accommodate 600 students from Years 7-12.
In Year 11, students will study in full time Orbits which will include a common core of courses taught at Brighton High, complemented by specialisations accessed either on site, at neighbouring schools, Virtual Learning Tasmania (VLT) or through other learning providers.
Brighton High School is a member of the Derwent Collective. This partnership actively works to facilitate shared enrolments across the Collective. This gives students access to a broader range of subject areas while still maintaining their connection to their community.
